High Spirits D Flute - Condor - Spanish Cedar - Bass

Condor Bass - key of "D" minor has a smooth, full voice, making it High Spirits' most popular bass flute. Even though it has a wonderfully deep voice, the higher register notes still allow it to be a good lead instrument. Made from domestic, renewable Spanish cedar, a softwood.

The flute is sealed with non-toxic oils which give it a warm, resonant and full voice. The Condor Bass "D" is a good accompaniment flute for the Kestrel Flute key of "D". The flute is tuned in the key of "D" minor. It is 25.5" long. This is a 6-hole flute, High Spirits covers the 3rd hole from the top of the flute (known as the 6th hole) with a leather tie, giving the option to use it as a 6-hole or a 5-hole flute.
