A beautifully aged Sitka spruce top, the warm resonance of bound Indian rosewood back and sides, and a timeless slope-shoulder profile make this 1973 Martin D12-35 12-String dreadnought an increasingly rare find, adding an instantly recognizable balanced, saturated shimmer to any live or studio session. Recently professionally restored by our in-house tech, this vintage Martin staple is set-up and ready for the road ahead—at a true player's price point. Notes:
This Martin D12-35 12-String is in Very Good condition, with light wear consistent with age and appropriate use. Humidity-induced top crack on treble side professionally repaired and smoothly refinished (pictured). Pickguard professionally replaced. Professional neck reset and bridge replacement allows low, even action across the fingerboard. Original binding re-glued, small gap at the heel from natural expansion/contraction of back plate over time (pictured). Includes original blue Martin hard case.
