The crisp, clear response of a beautifully ambered spruce top paired with the warm, full-spectrum tone of aged mahogany back and sides makes this remarkably resonant 1928 Martin 0-18 12-Fret one of the most distractingly playable concert acoustics we've ever had in the store, with a familiar "C" profile mahogany neck and low, easy action across a smooth ebony fingerboard. Lovingly played and professionally repaired over the years, this vibey vintage Martin has a lot left to give, onstage or in-session!

Notes:
This 1928 Martin 0-18 12-Fret Concert Acoustic (SN: 36614) is in Very Good condition, fully playable, with visible wear consistent with age and appropriate use, including two professionally repaired cracks in top below bridge (pictured), and a professionally stabilized and repaired bass-side crack and small lower bass-side puncture (pictured). Neck has been professionally reset at some point in this instrument's life (pictured), leaving instrument with notably low, even action across the fingerboard. Rosewood bridge and saddle and ebony nut professionally replaced at some point in this instrument's life. Plenty of life left in bar-style frets, correspondence included with instrument indicates Martin may have professionally replaced a few frets at some point in the 1960s. Includes non-original padded chipboard case.

All instruments from the Old Town School Music Store are professionally inspected and set-up before shipping, and directly support our missions, programs, and continued growth.
